In March I could tell Hannah was ready to try potty training. She'd been sitting on the potty with her pants on and now she was ready to do the real thing. We had some ups and downs and at the end of the week she was getting it. I tried pull-ups, but she treated them like diapers so I took them off and put panties on. The one mistake was that I put pull ups on during her nap- she as dry every day for a week, so I took them off and she had a few accidents so I thought maybe she wasn't ready, so I put them back on and now trying to have a dry nap is almost impossible.
So beyond that, Hannah looks soo cute with her little panties on. She does really well, I have to remind her sometimes, but she does well overall. She is becoming such a beautiful little girl from the inside out. She loves to wear pretty dresses. Here's a conversation we had today:
Mom:Hannah what are doing?
H: pretty dress ( pointing to one of her dresses )
M: Oh, you'd like to wear a pretty dress?
H:Mm-hmm
M:How about this pretty dress?
H:Ok- (we always have to come to an agreement on which can be a play dress and which are just church dresses)
H: Hannah twirls around and then says "church, church"
M:No, we aren't going to church today. We have a couple more days till Sunday

Congratulations on making it through potty training! I'm dreading potty training for Jonah. My girls did pretty good like Hannah, but I've heard boys are hard. Maybe he'll surprise me, who knows? Also, I love having girls and playing dress up - so fun!
