Apricot picking, the park and more!

Mom, Gisela, this one is for you. Hannah is wearing a cute little outfit from your dear friend, Cindy.  We hung outside in the back yard looking at the trees.

This is a funny face she makes sometimes and I'm glad I got a picture of it to share!  Her eyes look brown in the picture, but they are still blue.

Paris and Gene stopped picking apricots for a moment and smiled for the camera.  Thanks for all the delicious fruit!

Doesn't she look like a big girl? , she's no newborn, but 7 weeks old already!  Isn't it funny how she has one eye cocked up?  This is just a glimpse of her personality.  Is she going to be like her mom or her dad or a mix of both?

Hannah is having fun with her gym.  She is just starting to swing her arm at toys and reach out to touch the toys

On Friday, we drove out to Brentwood and picked Apricots at Tachella Farms and Nectarines at another farm/orchard.  It wasn't as hot as last year, but it was in the mid 80's.  Hannah fell asleep in the car ride out there and woke up when we were heading home.

Here we are enjoying some of the deliciousness from the trees.  There were so many, it was very easy to just keep picking.  Paris took a day off work to come, so it was Gene, Vonnie, Leslie, Paris and Hannah.  Paris and I have decided to make this a family tradition and go up every year to pick apricots, nectarines, and cherries too.  The nectarines were so juicy, right from the trees.

Our first of many trips was to the park.  We decided to head out to the ward's park group on Tuesdays.  Here is Hannah with Corbin and his mom, Tristen.  He is only 2 weeks older, so I hope they will be good friends  and grow up together.
To commemorate our trip to the park, Hannah had a huge blowout that consisted of a complete wardrobe change, so this is here 2nd outfit in the picture.  We had fun, and enjoyed meeting new people and seeing new things.

You have to stop by our house in Brentwood when you go pick fruit. I look forward to going to the orchards and pick my own fruit, especially peaches and strawberries. Your baby is so big already! You look great as a mom...enjoy it
